Only 4 forms of ID have been approved under the provisions of the Act. They are: <UL><LI>NZ photographic driver's licence <LI>NZ passport - note passports must be valid and original<LI>Overseas passport<LI>HANZ 18+ card </LI></UL>Other forms of ID will not offer the same protection to licensees if they are charged for selling to someone who is underage.
